FRC Real Estate
The foundation of the FRC Real Estate division aimed at creating assets from real estate and development activities is the result of a synergy of the skills and abilities of the three founding members.
Juraj Krátky and Tomáš Marek, as founders and partners of the parent company Fundraise Capital, s.r.o., are responsible for the company's equity and investments in projects led by the third partner Michal Šmajda – a construction manager and architect with many years of experience in design, construction and project management. He translates his know-how into expanding the management team, analysing risks and acquiring new acquisitions. FRC Real Estate’s vision is clear – to become a renowned player in the real estate market and thus ensure the growth of investment returns of clients of the parent company Fundraise Capital, s.r.o.
