Michal Šmajda

Do not trust people who only talk and have poor results – this is Michal’s motto. Since the Autumn of 2019 he has been supporting the team at Fundraise Capital as an executive director of the real estate and development division of Fundraise Capital – Real Estate, in which he is also a partner. As an architect and a construction manager, he has long-term experience in design, construction and project management. With his know-how, he is helping to form a management team, analyse project risks and acquire new acquisitions. His task is to expand the Fundraise Capital – Real Estate portfolio and move the newly established company to among the renowned players in the real estate market. Ambition, persistence, assertiveness and high commitment from the start of the project to the result helps him to progress professionally. Years in business taught Michal that good business makes good friends. He values the expertise and fair approach of his co-workers and respects their opinions, regardless of whether they are heads of successful companies or regular workers. He likes to be surrounded by inspiring people who can motivate him with their interesting ideas, but he dislikes people with a tendency to negativism. He enjoys sports and premium adventures such as beautiful cars, selected gastronomy and rock concerts. Even more, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
